7. Payment Terms and Refunds

For paid services and products:

• Payment is required before service delivery or product shipment
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom crystal consultations are non-refundable once delivered
• Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition
• Digital content and test results are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suhe Crystal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
